Sorcero’s Fall 2025 Product Update

New and improved features created with you in mind.

You asked for easier ways to capture insights in the field. You asked for stronger AI guardrails to keep your teams compliant. You asked for better ways to manage and measure your insights work.

We listened.

This fall, we're delivering powerful new capabilities across three key areas: AI-Native Data Capture, Compliant AI, and Full-Lifecycle Insight Management. These aren't just incremental improvements—they're fundamental enhancements to how life sciences teams generate, manage, and act on insights.

Here's what you need to know.

What's New:

  • AI-Native Data Capture: available in web app (Nov 2025), iOS app coming Winter 2025/26
  • Compliant AI: Prohibited Intent Detection (Nov 2025), Groups (Dec 2025)
  • Full-Lifecycle Insights Management: redesigned navigation (Nov 2025), customizable Insight Stages (available now), and new Insights Analytics (Dec 2025)

One Platform: How these Updates Work Across Sorcero Product Suites

Before diving into the updates, it's helpful to understand how they fit together. The Sorcero Intelligence Platform serves as the foundation for all our product suites: Sorcero Medical™, Sorcero SciComms™, Sorcero Safety™, and Sorcero MedTech™.

What makes this architecture powerful is that enhancements aren't isolated to one product. Whether you're a Medical Science Liaison capturing insights in the field, a publications team generating plain language summaries, or a safety team monitoring adverse events, you'll benefit from faster data capture, stronger AI guardrails, and better insight management.

This unified approach reflects our commitment to breaking down silos in life sciences organizations. Let's explore how these cross-platform enhancements transform your workflows.

AI-Native Data Capture

Perhaps our most anticipated feature this fall is AI-Native Data Capture. Many of our customers have asked for a fast, simple capture workflow to contribute evidence and observations into their insights workflow. This functionality is especially crucial for personnel who are not regular CRM users.

Conventional field capture systems require users to fill out multiple structured fields to tag the data. Sorcero’s AI-Native Data Capture streamlines the user experience, allowing users to focus on entering only the insightful content. Users can rapidly record their thoughts with the “Add Record” button on the Stakeholder Page without navigating a maze of forms. The Sorcero platform takes care of the rest, by automatically identifying topics, Intelligent Medical Themes™, and Scientific Sentiment™.

Many of you have asked for a mobile-first experience for data capture. Coming soon, our IOS app will take this even further allowing you to create records and insights on the go, right from your mobile device. Whether you’re walking through a congress, reading a poster, or attending a session, you’ll be able to capture information immediately with no laptop required.

AI-Native Data Capture launches mid-November 2025 in the web application. The iOS app is coming in Winter 2025/2026. These updates make insight capture seamless, inclusive, and effortless, empowering everyone in Medical Affairs to contribute to the insights ecosystem in real time.

Bolstering Compliance with AI Guardrails and Access Controls

One of the primary obstacles to enterprise adoption of AI is the need to support compliant and responsible use of AI, especially in regulated industries such as life sciences. After introducing Sorcero Agentic AI earlier this year, which included AI guardrails such as a hallucination detection agent, Sorcero is introducing additional AI guardrails in this product update. These help life sciences companies meet rigorous IT requirements and new access control features to enable tailored insights management processes.

Prohibited Intent Detection helps teams maintain compliance with confidence, ensuring responsible, transparent use of AI across global Medical Affairs organizations. This new safeguard automatically detects and flags non-compliant queries from medical affairs users and guides those users to ask questions in a compliant, non-promotional manner.

When users ask queries with a commercial focus (“How do I sell more of my product?”) or those that could imply a transfer of value (“Where should I take this doctor to dinner when I see him at the conference?”), they will see a clear message: “I’ve detected that this inquiry contains commercial language. Please reword your inquiry.”

By stopping these types of prompts at the source, Sorcero helps ensure that AI-powered insights are used responsibly and protects your organization from risks such as patient bias, quid pro quo, or any form of influence over HCPs through preferential treatment or other improper means.

What makes this safeguard even more powerful is that it’s built on Sorcero’s medically trained AI, which understands and uses medically appropriate language. It’s designed specifically for the life sciences and medical affairs context, meaning it won’t fabricate information, and it interprets questions through a lens of clinical accuracy and compliance.

Beyond AI Guardrails, Sorcero continues to strengthen enterprise controls. Groups is the first in a series of access control enhancements to the Sorcero platform, enabling organizations to control access to individual Sorcero Projects.

More Role-Based Access Controls arrive in Q1 2026, giving administrators even greater control over who can access information and features in Sorcero.

Together, these measures ensure Sorcero’s platform is not only powerful and insightful but also accountable, reliable, and aligned with the highest standards of compliance in the medical and pharmaceutical industries.

Full-Lifecycle Insights Management

Medical Affairs and Safety teams face a persistent challenge: systematically managing their insights process. Many teams still use spreadsheets and struggle to keep up with the demands of a modern, global organization. Sorcero's latest enhancements solve this by creating a unified experience for managing insights from capture to action.

One of the first changes you’ll notice is a redesigned main navigation. We’ve moved the main navigation from the top of the application to a left sidebar, creating a unified experience for insights management. Now users can access all platform features from a single, consistent location.

Next, we’re excited to introduce Customizable Insight Workflow Stages. Customers look to align the insights workflow in Sorcero closely with their unique processes and internal language already established within their organization. By enabling the use of the company’s terminology, the technology and the existing insights process feel seamless, encouraging engagement and commitment from users. This alignment of people, process, and technology is key to quickly deriving value from insights management.

With this update, admins can now create, remove, or reorder stages directly in the Sorcero platform, with up to eight stages. This flexibility allows teams to tailor their insight processes to match how they work, ensuring clarity and consistency across the organization.

insights dashboard

This update goes beyond simple counts or dashboards. Insight Analytics reveal how your insights are moving from initial discovery through validation and into action. Teams can now see not just how many insights exist in the platform, but visualize how quickly they are progressing from initial evidence collection to actionable intelligence and impact.

This makes it easier than ever to understand how active and dynamic your insights process really is, rather than just how much data you have. By surfacing movement, velocity, and outcomes, this feature helps teams use Sorcero the way it was designed to be used, as a system for managing and activating insights, not just storing them.
