Sorcero is seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead our strategic marketing efforts and drive the adoption of our transformative AI-powered intelligence platform for the Life Sciences Industry. We are looking for a dynamic leader to shape our brand, expand our market presence, and accelerate revenue growth.
Your Role as Chief Marketing Officer
As our CMO, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business growth objectives. You will leverage your extensive experience in demand generation, brand development, digital marketing, and strategic vision to:
- Drive Growth: Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads, increase customer acquisition, and drive revenue growth from the top of the funnel. Track and analyze key marketing metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team.
- Engage Our Target Audience: Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that effectively reach and engage decision-makers in life sciences, pharmaceutical, and biotech companies. Utilize a data-driven approach to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Clarify Our Value: Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, concise, and compelling value propositions. Create content and collateral that effectively communicates the benefits of our platform and its impact on business outcomes.
- Shape Our Narrative: Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy that positions Sorcero as the undisputed leader in AI solutions for the life sciences industry. Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience.
- Build Your Team: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Set clear goals and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
- Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use insights to inform marketing strategy and ensure Sorcero maintains a competitive edge.
- Brand Management: Oversee all aspects of brand management, including brand identity, messaging, and visual assets. Ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.
- Digital Marketing and Online Presence: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing. Manage and optimize our website and online presence.
Your Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience leading marketing teams for early stage technology companies in the SaaS sector, with a strong preference for life sciences industry background.
- Experience in growing a results-oriented marketing department from the earliest stages.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Deep understanding of enterprise B2B technology sales cycle and experience generating high-quality leads that convert to loyal customers.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making and measure marketing effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical experts and business leaders.
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
